Returns and Exchanges Policy — Welviqo

1. General Returns and Exchanges

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request.
  • Items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

2. Returns and Exchanges Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at info@welviqo.com, specifying your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return or exchange instructions, including the return address.
  3. Carefully package the item, making sure to include the invoice or a document showing your order number.
  4. Ship the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will examine its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item, via the same payment method used for the original purchase. In most cases your refund will be processed much sooner.
  • Where you cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving it, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge, as required by applicable consumer law. Express or premium delivery upgrades, and original delivery charges on partial returns, are not refunded except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or if we made an error with your order, please contact us immediately at info@welviqo.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a prompt refund or replacement. This policy does not limit your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
